Why do you like English?

To be honest, i don't like English!

It sounds Daft (stupid) but i hate it because there are so many rules for different things, and there are always exceptions to those rules. For instance, "I before E except after C" which is a good one to remember but in fact there are about 44 words that actually follow this rule! Furthermore, the letters "gi" are pronounced like a "J":- giraffe. ginger, giant etc. but even that changes:- girl, gibbon, given etc. So you see why i hate it and why so many have problems learning it.😆
