Hi, i am new here, when i came in the live room start at 10:00pm， I see the Coach teach the members with some sentence，and the sentence write xxx today at 7:25pm， Is the sentence taught by the coach chosen by oneself or given by the coach? Can i ask when and where should i send message to the Coach?
