This happens every year and they still do nothing about it.
It's a small village in Gloucestershire called "Tewkesbury", I used to live here before i moved to China!
If you search on the internet you will find hundreds of photos and pictures around this area, it happens because of two rivers meeting. The rivers are "the river Severn and the river Avon" and they still build houses on it.
