While walking, we always count only when the left foot touches the ground.The right foot moves naturally — no counting on that.

Start walking slowly and naturally.
Remember , every time your left foot touches the ground, count silently in your mind — not aloud.

Two left-foot counts breathing in.
Four left-foot counts breathing out.
That’s one full breathing cycle. Do this walk for at least (40 mins) WITHOUT TAKING or ANY MUSIC!
Important Notes:
Breathe in and out naturally — don’t hold or force your breath.
Keep your attention on your breath, not the numbers.
At first, you can mentally count — later, drop the counting and just move with your natural rhythm.
