7.What kind of person are you in a group: quiet observer or loud and talkative?
I’d say I’m a mix of both. In most situations, I start off as a quiet observer because I prefer to understand what’s going on before I speak. For example, when my team is working on a project and runs into problems, I usually take a step back, look at the situation as a whole, and think things through. Once I’ve formed some ideas, I’ll share them and actively join the discussion, while also listening carefully to others’ feedback.
