business visit and meeting

Background: Our Saudi cooperative partners Sofia and her clients, two Turks and one Saudi, will come to Shenzhen next week. In the morning we will host an exchange meeting which last 2.5 hours. After lunch we'll go to visit an energy storage company.

Plan: About the morning's meeting, we plan to invite 6-8 companies' bosses who are interested in Middle East Markets and have international business, and ask them to bring their products to the meeting site for easy introduction.

i intend to design the flow of the meeting like this, following:

step1 First of all , welcome and introduce participants who come here, then introduce the arrangement in the morning. within 5 minutes.

step2 Invite our cooperative partners Sofia say something , to introduce Saudi's markets and her clients' business plan. within 20 minutes.

step3 introduce our company. what we are doing and Shenzhen's Industrial situation. within 10 minutes.

Step4 take foreign clients to see invited companies's product. meanwhile the company's behalf will introduce them and answer the client's question. 60 minutes, each 10 minutes, including communication time.

step5 self-service meal.
