Allah tells us: “O you who believe, if a wicked person comes to you with news, verify it…” 📖 Surah Al-Hujurat 49:6 And Allah also says: “Ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.” 📖 Surah An-Nahl 16:43 The Prophet ﷺ also warned about misleading knowledge being spread: “Indeed, Allah does not take away knowledge by snatching it away from the people, but He takes away knowledge by taking away the scholars…” 📖 Sahih al-Bukhari 100 🌿 Lesson: So we should be careful: - Not every speaker is a scholar - Not every Islamic page is reliable - Not every opinion represents Islam correctly We should always return to: - The Qur’an - Authentic Sunnah - And scholars known for sound knowledge and trustworthiness May Allah keep us firm upon the truth, increase us in beneficial knowledge, and protect us from misguidance. It means striving to please Allah in all aspects of life: • Earning your income in a lawful (halal) way • Speaking truth and avoiding gossip or harm • Dressing with modesty and dignity • Being honest, kind, and just in your dealings • Protecting your heart from what displeases Allah • Choosing what is pure over what is easy Halal living is choosing obedience even when it’s difficult, and trusting that Allah will replace anything you leave for His sake with something better.
