Rejection-embarrassment-acceptance
Rejection is part of the job, and so is the embarrassment that comes with it. I remember cold calling from the bullpen, hang-up after hang-up, with colleagues right beside me. Some people asked why I even bothered, and why I kept getting embarrassed all day long. Their opinions weren’t paying my bills, though, and the embarrassment was exactly what kept me moving toward my goals. Even when no one was around, I felt embarrassed making awkward calls to people I knew to ask for business. It hurt, and it hurt every day. Here’s what I learned: if we want the goals we set, we have to get rejected and embarrassed again and again. Accept the sting, move on, and get back on the phone. Do that every day and we’ll make a lot of money. If we don’t, we won’t. Hope this pushes you forward today so you can go out there and produce at a high level. TUESDAY – NOVEMBER 3 🧠 KNOW ONE STREET BETTER THAN ANYONE "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." - Albert Einstein A seller asks why the house three doors down sold for $500,000 more. A generic agent pulls up a CMA and shrugs at the gap. The agent who's walked this block for years already has the real answer: the renovation that actually held value, the lot with the drainage problem, the owner who priced it wrong and sat two extra months. That answer doesn't come from a report pulled this morning. It comes from knowing the block, not just the comps. A CMA tells you the price gap. Only the agent who walked the street can tell you why it exists. CALL TO ACTION: ✅ Pick one street or building in your farm area and learn its full sale history ✅ Walk it this week and note 3 details no listing sheet would mention ✅ Answer the next "why did that one sell for more" question without opening a CMA

Attitude of gratitude draws in more of what you want
Take a step back and look at the opportunity we have as real estate salespeople: the ability to earn unlimited income. We are not capped, and we are not restricted. It is legal to sell a lot of real estate and make a lot of money. We forget that as we get into the weeds of deals, emotion, drama, stress, client problems, etc., and those are exactly the reason why we have this opportunity. Someone has to be the calm, capable person in the middle of it all, and that someone is you. Instead of focusing on problems in this business and what you don't like about it today, focus on gratitude and why you love this business. Get out there and help as many people as possible so you can take advantage of the unlimited income potential. #ListMoreCloseMore #RealEstate #RealEstateAgent #Gratitude #RealEstateLife

MONDAY – NOVEMBER 2 🎯 THE AGENT NOBODY CAN REPLACE "You cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything." John Maxwell "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." Bruce Lee "Be so good they can't ignore you." Steve Martin "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." Leonardo da Vinci "Nobody refers the agent who does everything. They refer the one who owns something." John Tsai Sixty days remain in 2026, enough time to decide what the next two months make you known for. An agent who does a little of everything is easy to forget and easy to replace. The one who owns one street, one building type, one kind of deal becomes the only call that makes sense when that exact situation shows up. A generalist competes with the whole city. A specialist competes with no one. CALL TO ACTION: ✅ Write down the one specific niche you want to own by December 31 ✅ Turn down or hand off one outside-the-niche lead this week on purpose ✅ Tell 3 people exactly what you specialize in, not everything you can technically do

Can’t say the wrong things to the right people
If you have a lack of pipeline, talk to more people. If you have a lack of money, talk to more people. Working on your scripts and role-playing is a must, but if you don't go out and talk to people, none of that practice will matter. I didn't learn what to say first. I made the calls first. I didn't land my first expired listing until a year after I started calling expired listings, but I made the calls, knocked on the doors, and practiced my scripts every day. Year after year, my conversion rate improved. Often, though, it was because I was in the right place at the right time. Talking to so many people meant those moments happened anyway. If your script isn't great yet but you're talking to a motivated person who is looking for an agent, it's hard to mess that up. If your script is perfect but the person isn't looking to hire anyone right now, or isn't the right fit, no script will turn them into a client. So go out there and talk to enough people that you do business in spite of yourself. Follow along for more tips and strategies to help you move faster in your real estate business. #ListMoreCloseMore #RealEstateAgent #RealEstateSales #RealEstateCoach #AgentLife
