You Don't Have to Feel Amazing to Raise Your Vibe
Here's a manifestation myth that quietly keeps people stuck: you have to feel high-vibe to attract high-vibe things. So people wait. They wait until they feel ready, inspired, aligned, grateful. And life with its full and messy reality keeps not cooperating. And the practices get abandoned. And nothing changes. Here's the truth: you don't raise your vibration by waiting until it's already high. You raise it by choosing deliberately, actively, imperfectly to move one notch up from wherever you currently are. The Emotional Guidance Scale doesn't ask you to leap from fear to joy. It just asks you to move one step. If you’re feeling Anxious and your anxiety is holding you back, you’re likely to feel frustrated. So too into the energy of frustration, because frustration has energy and energy moves. Can you find the tiniest thread of hope? Just one thing, however small, that could go right? Flat and disconnected? Can you put on one song that makes you feel like yourself and let it do its work for three minutes? These are not dramatic acts. They are the actual practice. Small, consistent, deliberate shifts taken before you feel ready are what build a genuinely high-frequency life over time. You don't have to be at the top of the scale to start. You just have to be willing to move. 💬 What's your go-to move when you feel your energy dropping? Share your toolkit below let's build a resource list together.
Your Limiting Beliefs Are Not the Truth. They're Just Old News.
A limiting belief is not a fact. It is a thought that has been repeated so many times, in so many contexts, that your mind decided to file it under 'just how things are.' It sounds like certainty. It feels like reality. But it isn't. 'I'm not good with money.' 'I always end up alone.' 'People like me don't get to have that.' These aren't truths about the world. They are conclusions drawn by a younger version of you, from limited information, in circumstances you no longer live in. You are not obligated to keep believing something just because you've believed it for a long time. The process of releasing a limiting belief starts with one thing: seeing it clearly. Not judging it. Not panicking about it. Just holding it up to the light and asking; is this actually true? Can I absolutely know that it's true? What would be possible if I didn't carry this? That moment of questioning is the crack in the wall. And through that crack, something new can grow. You don't have to demolish the old belief overnight. You just have to stop treating it as gospel. Start there. Question one thing. Just one. And notice what shifts. 💬 What's one limiting belief you're currently questioning? Share it below because naming it out loud takes away so much of its power.
