Your Limiting Beliefs Are Not the Truth. They're Just Old News.
A limiting belief is not a fact. It is a thought that has been repeated so many times, in so many contexts, that your mind decided to file it under 'just how things are.'
It sounds like certainty. It feels like reality. But it isn't.
'I'm not good with money.' 'I always end up alone.' 'People like me don't get to have that.'
These aren't truths about the world. They are conclusions drawn by a younger version of you, from limited information, in circumstances you no longer live in.
You are not obligated to keep believing something just because you've believed it for a long time.
The process of releasing a limiting belief starts with one thing: seeing it clearly. Not judging it. Not panicking about it. Just holding it up to the light and asking; is this actually true? Can I absolutely know that it's true? What would be possible if I didn't carry this?
That moment of questioning is the crack in the wall. And through that crack, something new can grow.
You don't have to demolish the old belief overnight. You just have to stop treating it as gospel. Start there. Question one thing. Just one. And notice what shifts.
