Golden Glow Smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (helps activate turmeric)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
Blend until creamy.
Daily Tip…
Start your morning with hydration. A glass of warm water with lemon helps reduce inflammation, supports digestion, and sets your day up with calm energy.
