I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes for this community. Over the past few months, one thing has become very clear to me, women in midlife need more than information. We need connection. We need somewhere we can talk honestly, support one another and remember that we’re not navigating this time of life alone. I’ve been creating something very close to my heart inside the Still Her classroom and I’m so excited to begin sharing it with you. Firstly, thank you for being here. You joined this community before it had a clear shape, and I'm so grateful you did. Over the past year, I've grown, my vision has become clearer, and so has this community. Still Her is becoming the online home for women navigating midlife a place to reconnect with your health, confidence and sense of self, alongside a supportive community. Over the coming weeks, you'll see some exciting changes as I create new resources, live sessions and a beautiful member experience. Thank you for being one of our Founding Members.
