  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 5 cups veggie stock , simmer until lentils are soft.
Daily Tip…
Move gently every day, walking, yoga, or stretching. Inflammation reduces with circulation. You don’t have to push hard, just be consistent.
