Firstly, thank you for being here.
You joined this community before it had a clear shape, and I'm so grateful you did.
Over the past year, I've grown, my vision has become clearer, and so has this community.
Still Her is becoming the online home for women navigating midlife a place to reconnect with your health, confidence and sense of self, alongside a supportive community.
Over the coming weeks, you'll see some exciting changes as I create new resources, live sessions and a beautiful member experience.
