When was the last time you were surprised by someone new?
I got a new manager this week. Didn't see it coming and I'll be honest - I was a bit apprehensive at first. I just didn't know much about him. Then we met and it turns out we think very much alike.
Still early days but it was a good reminder that my first reaction to change is usually wrong.
