Amazing interview with the very first question being about attracting new talent - Keith Rabois (PayPal) talk about what is going on in the world today, where it seems like it is harder and harder to find a job, but it is also super hard to attract good talent.

But interestingly enough, even back then, in the early days of PayPal, it was about who you know and not what you know.
