Career growth at the beginning
and I had a very interesting discussion today at the meet and greet about career development early on in our careers. There is a lot of info, guides, and advice out there about it -> build a portfolio, network more, deliver results, get certifications, etc.
But I am curious to see what actually worked for you?
If you are early on in yor career, what do you feel you are missing? Or what change do you seek to get?
If you are more serion manager, what do you wish you knew or had focus on earier in your career?
