As I’ve been tracking my days, I've noticed that when I don’t move my body, even just a little, the whole day feels off. I can hit water, wisdom, reflection, all that… but if I skip movement, I feel out of balance.
So I’m wondering… should we make daily movement part of the Lionheart Method?
It doesn't have to be extreme. I am thinking just 30 minutes of intentional movement every day. It could be Jiu-Jitsu, lifting, yoga, a walk, or even stretching. Just something.
