Where did the weekend go?
Holy moly, I can't believe how quickly they fly by. I do a lot, and get a lot done, but I forget to check in here and I'm sorry about that!
This week I have my 2nd week of Sure Thing Super Block (MY VERSION) :) -- Upper body power, Endurance Strength, and Strength and Stability are my 3 lifts for the week, Thursday Recovery/Mobility, Friday Spin and Saturday is an optional pilates (track pilates with Autumn here at home if I have the time and energy).
I find myself sore because of the slider work (we didn't use them today but they really made me sore last week with endurance week)
My period should be coming next week and I've been tired for the last week, my body has been warmer, and my Oura is warning me something is straining my body. Usually as my period comes I can tell but I don't usually get warning signs from my ring, so I'm a little anxious. Just trying to be realistic that it could just be that the weather is actually getting warmer now so my body temp is going to be warmer. (I definitely felt HOT overnight last night which is rare, i'm usually cold but it was also 52 degrees when I woke up.
