Last Endurance Strength from the super block - I can’t believe this is almost over but I’m honestly ready for something else so that’s good this is the last wee.
Now that anniversary weekend is behind us, I’m really ready to lean back into this mini shred/cut and see what I can do. I know for sure I need to keep lifting heavy and to fatigue, but I really need to focus on moving more during the day and hitting those 10k steps which is honestly the bigger challenge for me. It essentially requires walking pad time and the ability to get out for a mile at work for it to even happen. With rain forecasted and chillier temps most of this week I just have to do the best I can!
Meas are planned and plugged in - just time to follow the plan!
