Remind myself of my goals this month
Sometimes self love is reminding yourself of what’s important and why you set goals to begin with. This month when I’m at my desk and it’s too cold, I feel too tired, or any other reason… I want this to be my reminder of my movement goal!
I may not achieve my steps every day if I’m in meetings, but I want to finish every day knowing I gave effort, rather than giving into excuses!
I’m out here walking - AGAIN! And trust me I’d rather be sitting with my blanket!
I keep running these groups because I benefit from this stuff, too!!!
