I generally don't like to weigh myself, but I have one of those smart scales that measures all kinds of things, which is much more helpful than just a number on a scale. In October, I had my physical and bloodwork done - things were okay, but just a few things I needed to work on with my lipid panel. ANYWAYS, i did a comparison this morning from October to now:
Down 9lbs, down 2% body fat, -7.3lbs of body fat mass, GAINED 3lbs of muscle!! I was floored!
To be down 9lbs and up 3lbs of muscle is huge - proof the heavy lifting is working. I need to go get my bloodwork done again to re-test, but I feel confident going into it!
