Made this cottage cheese crust pizza (thank you internet).
1 cup cottage cheese (nonfat)
1 large egg
1/2 cup Bob’s red mill flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Mix together then cook for 15 mins on 375 (use a spray of cooking spray on some parchment paper)
Then you can bake your toppings for an additional 5-8 mins depending on what you add (I did the full 8, maybe even 10 honestly)
This was so good and even Glenn liked it! He hates things like this!!!
