P2D4- Legs and Glutes
That was a burner. I did knock a weight over during the glute pull in the last set, so I went bodyweight after that. It still was a good burner with no weight. Our boy Shaun T never fails!
Its going to be a rough day groundwater sampling after this one, but at least I'll be moving!
