Have you ever tried this method for tracking before?
Awareness is HUGE when it comes to achieving goals, especially when it comes to physical results.
Doing tracking this way personally helps me stick to the plan better and stay focused. Plus, building around the things I know I want gives me so much more freedom so I don’t have to feel like I’m missing out but still sticking within my calories / macro targets.
