My first SELF-WRITTEN workout!
Wrote my first workout ever today!! Well, just winged it ๐Ÿ˜น๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ but it felt great! Iโ€™ve never trusted myself to do this and always used Bodi workouts or had to go to a class but I did it!
Still donโ€™t know my plan for whatโ€™s my next program but Iโ€™ll figure it out by Sunday!
I also went for a 1 mile walk for my lunch break! 8,176 steps for the day so far!
