Wrote my first workout ever today!! Well, just winged it ๐น๐ช๐ผ but it felt great! Iโve never trusted myself to do this and always used Bodi workouts or had to go to a class but I did it!
Still donโt know my plan for whatโs my next program but Iโll figure it out by Sunday!
I also went for a 1 mile walk for my lunch break! 8,176 steps for the day so far!
