Wrote my first workout ever today!! Well, just winged it 😹💪🏼 but it felt great! I’ve never trusted myself to do this and always used Bodi workouts or had to go to a class but I did it!
Still don’t know my plan for what’s my next program but I’ll figure it out by Sunday!
I also went for a 1 mile walk for my lunch break! 8,176 steps for the day so far!
