Midweek check-in
Things going well this week are feeling more emotionally, regulated and calm in general and with regards to work and decisions being made.
Things feeling a little harder I would say is enjoying my nutrition. I’m doing the things, but not feeling satisfaction and enjoyment from my meals.
Where I need additional support I would say would be evening accountability ensuring I got my steps in and I’m not snacking
