Midweek
Something tells me I should have gone for full mobility today, but I’m grateful that Up week has extra mobility and lower volume built in. The repetition of moves this week and my legs not getting the recovery they need is having me feel a little frustrated, but this is just a learning experience for me about my programming and how I can adjust the rest of May after this week. My original plan just might go out the window, depending on how it looks once I examine closer.
Tomorrow is mobility then spin, Rest, Spin.
Yesterday I hit over 12k steps!! Today I’m going to be realistic based on my schedule and the forecast - 10k is still going to be a push for me so I’ll just aim for that!
