I forgot to take a photo after my workout this morning. I walked on my pad then did Lacee’s mobility and flexibility from 10 min beginner - it was lovely & I really love her! ❤️
I hit my step goal today despite many meetings spent on my ass, so I am very proud of that win - 7300+ as of this minute!
I also NAILED my nutrition and I’m super pumped because honestly I had so many moments of temptation and opportunity to eat more and have candy but I didn’t!
It was also pretty easy to stick to the plan when part of it was cheeseburger soup!!!
