Me in pain for the second half of yesterday and needing the heating pad to sleep cause my ovulation hurt so bad it triggered major signs. It’s so cool being a woman….
I still did my scheduled workout today because I actually felt fine once I woke up. This happens to me almost every month but this time was longer and more painful than most.
I also felt especially tired, bloated, and worn down. Really just a bad fuel day yesterday because we hosted brunch and went to an Easter gathering and I overate on too much of the “fun” stuff — ironically enough it wasn’t fun. Moderation really does matter for me! I’m definitely happy to eat my regular food today and the rest of this week.
