My beach trip at the end of May is now 44 days away! ☀️😁
I definitely feel pretty good in my skin but I won’t lie that I’d like to just dial things in with my nutrition over the next few weeks as we head into that vacation which starts May 29.
I readjusted my own macros and calories,
My workouts are staying the same,
I’m adding a daily walk (aiming now for 9,000-10,000 steps even on non-work days which is going to be A LOT for me but this extra movement will help me get into a slight calorie deficit that hopefully feels doable).
I’m not cutting anything out but I DO have to be more dialed in and intentional — for me that means less processed options, more whole and nutrient dense foods, not as much candy, and just being aware on the weekends of my choices in the moment and keep my goals in mind (this is where an accountability partner or two will really help me).
*im going on an anniversary trip with Glenn in 2 weekends so don’t worry you don’t have to “be perfect” I definitely am just going to do my best with what I have — knowing my mindset and intentions will still get me better results than having no goal or direction!
I’m looking to run this personal challenge officially starting on Sunday so I have time to plan and prep with different calories/macros.
For my partners I’ll also work with you to come up with macro splits and calorie targets as part of this! I’m planning to offer a paid option but some practice would be great. **This would be at no charge but I would like you to really give this your best effort - let’s work to get results together!
