Leg Burner Tuesday
Today was 25 min Speed Train W1D1 Lower Body. And let's just say my lower body is toast. It felt good to let some of my stress out with my workout this morning.
Since my workout was only 25 minutes, I laid back in bed for 30 mins before I showered and took Zoey for a walk. But Zoey got into bed with me and we cuddled.
Zoey and I got a 30 minute walk in this morning. She is a happy pup. And I am just going to be one sore human being tomorrow 🤣.
I am looking forward to a recovery day tomorrow with Amoila.
