Despite a stressful January I still accomplished a lot!
First perfect month with my rings since July 2022! I walked over 30 miles! Most of that was walk and reading. My pace is slower because of that but it’s still movement! My hope for this month is to keep the momentum and build on that. Get back to the gym and running, adding some BODi workouts too. Reminding myself it doesn’t have to be huge changes small ones over time work as well! I’ll also try to post more regularly! I’m proud of myself for at least doing the weekly recaps!
