January recap and February goals
Despite a stressful January I still accomplished a lot! First perfect month with my rings since July 2022! I walked over 30 miles! Most of that was walk and reading. My pace is slower because of that but it’s still movement! My hope for this month is to keep the momentum and build on that. Get back to the gym and running, adding some BODi workouts too. Reminding myself it doesn’t have to be huge changes small ones over time work as well! I’ll also try to post more regularly! I’m proud of myself for at least doing the weekly recaps!
January recap and February goals
It’s been a week…
I feel like that’s a theme but it’s the time of year for me. Funds are tight I’m basically door dashing for my life right now and we get a major snow storm. I’m thankful Troegs made the call to close yesterday and today so I didn’t have to deal with if I was going in or not. What should have been a busy day Saturday with our Nugget Nectar event and people stocking up for the snow and a busy night door dashing for me turned into staying late to clean up after our pump outside froze and the gift shop flooded so I didn’t get to door dash. Lost money yesterday and today so I’ll be hitting it hard the next few days especially if this other storm they are talking about for Sunday ends up happening. But I hit most of my goals this week regardless and I saw a loss on the scale so I’m happy with that! I did have a beer every day but I’m not stressing about that. Here’s to a calmer week and this new storm going out to sea and not hitting us!

@Jasmine Bamlet I had Sunday and Monday off completely which was nice. I door dashed today during daylight and I work tomorrow and may give myself the evening still. The roads are still a little dicey with the cold and snow at night. But after that I gotta hit the ground running.

@Amanda Steele it is. I know we’re reopening 3/2 so things will get better soon. I’d had hoped to level out so I the transition would be easier but we’ll see how the next month or so goes. 🤞🏻no more major weather events this winter!

Life has been living especially in the finances department. This time of year sucks with the ice cream shop closed and I’m door dashing for my life. My anxiety has been really high. I’m proud of what I did get done this week. Getting my water in is still a struggle. Hoping to add some lifting in this week. Things are rebounding but I’m still doing door dash every available moment. Edit: I got Autumns pass for bodi. Thinking 4 weeks for every body is a good start since it’s been a minute since I’ve lifted. Then 21DF and fix extreme and then if my schedule lightens up I want to complete 80DO again.

I’ll try to do more but at the very least do a weekly one! Life is crazy right now and I just don’t have the bandwidth for some things. Doing a 75 soft. Similar goals but don’t have to restart if you miss one. I knew water would be my struggle so that will be my focus this week! Read at least once a day 8000+ steps daily Close rings 100+ oz of water Exercise Walk or run No beer Read at least 100 pages a day No Soda Bodi workout I like the reports hello habits give the darker the color means you hit the goal medium color is kind of and light is did not. Hitting the gym tonight ready to get back to running more!

@Angelina Kiggins I am super visual so I love this!
Happy New Year!
Got my 5k in yesterday! I wasn’t able to do an actual race so I did it at home. Started with taking our recycling down to the end of the driveway and back and then walk and read the rest! Looking forward to hitting my fitness goals this year!
Happy New Year!

@Amanda Steele Getting back to running regularly and lifting again. Working on eating better and cutting down on soda if not quitting it completely. Eating at home more and learning to make my coffees at home to save money.
