Hump Day HELLO!
I got tied up in a whirlwind day yesterday (again) and then enjoyed more time outside and with the family in the evening so it all got away from me before I could check in! Did endurance strength (2) workout, and started finally feeling less hot overnight!
Yesterday was a good movement day and nutrition day too!
I had a tough night of sleep last night though, Wesley is going through it and can’t fall asleep so he wakes me up as I’m drifting off and it’s so hard for me to go back to sleep then 😭
Still had a nice strength & stability workout the walk. We have a steps challenge going at work starting today thru June 1 so I have even more motivation to move extra!
Going to do a separate post later on my next “challenge” I’m giving myself! I’m looking for a partner or two with similar goals (wanting to focus on nutrition and be accountability partners). Read the post and see if that’s a good fit for you!
