What are some of the items on this (attached) list you have and can plan to use in your next meal plan to make it high protein?
Looking at the list posted, we have a lot of items that help create our next high protein meal. I mentioned yesterday the 3 Farm Daughters pasta which is higher in protein.
I drink a pre-mixed protein drink every morning (I really enjoy Slate Ultra which has 30 g of protein).
In our pantry we always have broth, pasta sauce, pesto, various oils and vinegars, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and tons of seasonings. Garlic herb tuna packets are a must have for us! We make rice quite a bit, which is made easy with our rice cooker.
Cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, and Babybel lite cheeses are items I buy almost weekly.
I mentioned yesterday our abundance of freezers but these are well stocked with meat, vegetables, and breakfast foods.
We really have a lot of items that I’m trying to take stock of to use instead of buying everything every week at the store.
