Cookies!
Just showing up to say that I ate cookies tonight with my sleepytime hot chocolate. I have been hungry today and my craving would not be satisfied with anything else… I’d rather give myself a portion to enjoy rather than taunt myself all night.
My goa isn’t weight loss - so keep in mind my actions are not aligned with needing to skip cookies. If your goals are different and you’re pushing to achieve a weight loss goal, it may be in your best interest to determine how to achieve those goals (BY THE WAY!!!! You can eat cookies and lose weight and fat!!! YOU can plan for that!)
Definitely here to stay accountable and lead by example.
