Have you heard of Blue Zones? Fascinating research and model of health and longevity. If you live in/near Allentown there’s a local BZP working to improve the health of our community. They offer a free group workout on Tuesday afternoon that I’ve been attending. There’s a few 70+ ladies there. Today we did multiple rounds of wall sits. And squats. And lunges. They inspire me. I used to want to be younger, skinnier. Now, at 55, I want to be stronger as I age. So I can still do wall sits in my 70s.
