I was talking with a doctor this week about longevity docs and how it’s the new snake oil.
But the reality is, they are working to increase people’s health-span, as opposed to lifespans.
This shift in terminology has more to do with quality of life than length of life. But the fact is, if you increase your health-span your lifespan will likely increase as a byproduct.
