I’m listening to the book “The Rise of Superman.”
The study of flow. How to get there and recreate the mastery that is found in some of the greatest action and adventure sports feats.
While the majority of the book is spent highlighting the incredible feats of some outstanding individuals. It is incredible to hear how the state of flow is found and utilized.
Take away: goals need to be intrinsic in nature, practice a lot, and do things that you enjoy doing.
If you’re on a fitness journey, just know that we need to spend a lot of time in order to see incredible results and challenge yourself, for yourself!
