My goal as a lifelong mover has been a wonderful goal. It makes me want to get up when I feel like staying in bed.
It forces me to choose to do things that will help me reach this goal.
I have been fascinated with longevity and find myself doing little things that actually are the hard way. I know it is importantly to work smart. But choose the hard things like hip mobility work and strengthening my legs by doing lots of side lunges.
Ultimately,

Where you want to be.”
