I did a thing.
On a trip and pursuing something bigger than myself. And the guy next to me on the plane inspired me. He said over the last three years he has lost a ton of weight through consistent workouts and eating good food.(he said beans are a superfood, I agree).
His Dr told him he needed to lose weight. Even though that's what he was told the Dr was surprised when he came back much llighter. It'’s like they don't usually get the response of doing the thing that they were told.
Don't wait, make the decision and do the thing. Whatever it is for you. You are not alone and many want to see you as the best version of you.
