I’ve been going to more local farmers markets and stalking FB. My state has a list of ones that are seeking vendors, including the products that they want though many spots are more than 45mins drive. The markets near me - that I will call even though they aren’t on the state list - are small with one or two produce farmers, and 5-10 more vendors of jams, meats, breads or crafts. I’ve seen two microgreens that were small clamshells on the far corner of a table that was filled with other items, like jams and breads. Welcoming any thoughts from some experienced folks on switching to Restaurant or Grocery stores straight out, or anything else. I’m planning for Winter farmers markets in December ~~. Thanks!
