The dumbest thing I've read all year

I just read something on X which was a guy saying the Europeans should kick the US out of NATO. And explaining how the Europeans could then curtail the US. I thought it was a really funny attempt to get Europeans to support ending NATO.

No. He actually wrote further about how our military equipment was failing in Iran and we were beaten by cheap drones and our stealth planes weren't stealth and how the US is opposed to Democracy by trying to help the Iranian people be able to vote or something (he didn't specifically say that last part but he said the rest of it).

Now here's the thing, what was he even watching to get this idea? Was he watching nothing but IRGC propaganda? Does he live in a different universe? Is he just high?

What is scary is that this guy actually can vote. It's one thing to have people with different perspectives who can vote. It's another to have people who have such a warped grasp of reality that they cannot possibly analyze anything.
