Offer/Pricing Help
Iโ€™m having some challenges with pricing and matching it to my offer and would really appreciate some input. Right now, I typically sell a 6-month program for $3,000 and a 12-month program for $5,000. I like the idea of collecting more cash in a shorter period of time โ€” something similar to @Dan Harrison's 100-day model at $3โ€“4K. That said, I previously offered a 90-day program and realized I could collect significantly more revenue by moving people into 6- or 12-month commitments, since some clients are willing to pay $3โ€“5K upfront. I also didnโ€™t enjoy having to re-sell or re-enroll clients after 90 days. I preferred having people locked in for six months, without needing to introduce continuation offers right away. Iโ€™m curious to hear thoughts on the pros and cons of a 100-day model versus a 6- or 12-month structure, especially from a cash-flow, retention, and energy standpoint. Thanks very much โ€” appreciate any insights.

@Drew Taddia hey man! Sry for the delay on this ๐Ÿ˜… The package Iโ€™m currently offering is a 12-week 1:1 program that includes our white label GHL software and the coaching to set it all up to along side setting up their business on Skool. Price point is 3,000 which includes the software 1 year for free then its subscription based after that.

Just watched this with @Jessica Clark. My mindset about our business has always been good but the giving aspect has never been a priority. Not only has this community changed my perspective but this episode could not have come at a more perfect time in our business journey. Needed this more than I realized... Thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป @Dan Harrison @Alexander VandeLaar We will 100% be a part of the giving games any way we can moving forward. Edit: Huge thanks to @Matthew Thompson as well for hosting this amazing show ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Whatโ€™s your #1 tip for getting traffic?
Traffic seems to be the main thing most people on Skool struggle with... When I started, I started growth operating for someone with a youtube following and that's how we grew the community to 1.5k members+ Other wise I would have no idea how to get someone in lol - I wish I had the Ads challenge back then So, what's the best way you've found? What are you trying right now? Ill share my #1 tip in the comments after a few people share theirs.

Ads are still running. I also use email to promote live trainings as lead magnets to drive people inside as well. After starting ads, there's not much organic posting anymore to be honest other than Threads

@Artin Asghari I've collected quite a few emails over the last couple years so I'll set up an email campaign when we are hosting a live training or workshop inside the community. The goal is to send out a simple invites to join us on Skool to attend the live event. The email also goes to members inside the group as well to remind them of the event too.

@Jessica Clark @Dan Quinlan I've been on Threads consistently since the beginning of August. Growth has been steady & the organic reach is insane. I've had over a million views in the last 30 days. Even some got some new community members too. You'll see in the picture that views are just starting to skyrocket not long ago. Took the algorithm around 7-8 weeks to understand who to push my content to organically.

@Dan Quinlan I enjoy the simplicity of it. I can easily go on there real quick, type in a quick thought, & hit post. Quick, easy, done. lol Threads is the only real social media left in my opinion. People are having actual conversations there (at least on my side of the algorithm they are.)
