This week: Egg-cellent Bacon & Cheese Egg Frittata A highly customizable, flavorful frittata that’s perfect for meal prep, breakfast on the go, or a cozy brunch. Ingredients - 3 whole eggs + 1 cup egg whites - 4 strips of turkey bacon (cooked and chopped) - 30 g (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese - 2 cups of add-in’s (veggies / other) Why You’ll Love It - Stretches your protein intake while keeping prep simple. - A smart choice for busy mornings—make ahead and reheat! - Easy to customize with whatever you have on hand (great for using vegetables that are starting to look sad / suspect).
