A Quick Honest Note
I'm not a doctor or a licensed medical or mental health professional, and Cope & Overcome isn't a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. This community and program are for informational and educational purposes — real tools and real support, but not a diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. If your anxiety is intense, ongoing, or affecting your daily life, please also talk to a doctor or licensed therapist. You deserve that support too — this program is meant to work alongside professional care, not replace it. If you are feeling suicidal or in crisis, please reach out right away: Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 in the US), or go to your nearest emergency room. You are not alone, and help is available.

You are human
If you're anxious about things that haven't even happened yet — you're not broken. You're not "too much." You're human. So many of us walk around scared that something's going to go wrong. Scared to relax, because relaxing feels dangerous somehow. That fear is real. It's exhausting. And it's more common than you think. You are not alone in this. Truly.
