Hey!
Hey, My name’s Grey. I’m a 30 year old living in Montana. I heard about this group through socials and joined because I want to be stronger and healthier for my family. I’m hoping that joining will keep me motivated to stay on track with my goals. I have a small home gym setup that I use, it’s not perfect but I still feel good after working out so it must be doing the job. Thanks for having me!
