I had a bit of a βmehβ moment, you know one of those days where you just feel a little off, a bit flat, and not quite yourself. Normally, Iβd try to push through feeling drained or even beat myself up for not being 100%, but this time I decided to do something different.
Instead of staying stuck in the spiral, I did one small thing that makes me feel happy. Just one. It wasnβt life-changing or dramatic! It was a getting the weeds in the garden while the dog played, then we went for a walk.. (for you it couldβve been a walk, making a favourite drink, a tidy-up with good music, or just sitting in peace. But it lifted me. And from that tiny spark, I found the energy to do one more positive thing. Then another.
Before I knew it, the momentum started to roll. π₯
It reminded me that we donβt always need to make huge moves or force ourselves into productivity when weβre feeling low. We just need to honour where weβre at, be kind to ourselves, and take one gentle, happy step at a time.
So if youβre feeling a little off, a little stuck, or a bit βnot youβ lately, just try doing one thing that lights you up, even a tiny bit. Then another. Let the energy build. π₯
